Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Squishy Planet. As a small business, we carefully select, inspect, and pack our products and have the following return and refund policy in place.

Returns

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in new, resalable condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Products that have been used, played with, damaged after delivery, or are otherwise no longer in new and resalable condition are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us before sending a return. Once a return is approved, return instructions will be provided. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of a return package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price of the eligible returned item(s).

Mystery Items & Final Sale

Because the surprise is part of the experience, all mystery purchases are final sale. This includes:

  • Planet Smash

  • Planet Splash

  • Mystery boxes and mystery bags

  • Other products sold as mystery, surprise, or randomly selected items

  • Clearance or other products specifically marked Final Sale

Mystery purchases cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded because of the specific product, design, color, style, or variation received.

This does not affect claims for an item that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Please keep the product and its packaging while your claim is being reviewed. We may request additional photos or video when necessary to evaluate the issue.

After reviewing the claim, The Squishy Planet may provide a refund, replacement, or store credit, as appropriate based on the circumstances and product availability.

Squishy, sensory, and stress toys are made to be handled and squeezed, but they are not indestructible. Damage that occurs after delivery as a result of wear and tear, punctures, fingernails, biting or chewing, excessive force, improper use, improper storage, or similar causes is not considered an arrival defect.

Incorrect or Missing Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you received an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and information about the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning eligible products unless the return is the result of an error by The Squishy Planet.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

The customer is responsible for ensuring an approved return is properly packaged and shipped back to us.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Products returned used, damaged, incomplete, missing original packaging/tags/accessories, or otherwise not in new and resalable condition may be denied a refund.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process an approved refund.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled.

Orders that have already shipped must follow the return policy above if the products are eligible for return.
